depending on those specifications, can I play Battlefield Bad Company 2?|||No. Your graphics card is underpowered. The minimum spec for BBC2 is 256 MB Graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GT + / ATI Radeon X1900 +). A Radeon HD 3850 or a HD 4650 would just barely beat that minimum.
Your CPU and memory also meet the minimum specs. Personally, if you want to play this game, I'd recommend a complete upgrade of your PCs guts.

Battlefield bad company 2 loading circle why does it jitter?
The little loading circle (usually in the bottom right) in Battlefield bad company 2 jitters like mad! It stops and starts... why?|||theres a lot of info to read. Do you play the game online a lot? I installed it to my hard drive xbox360 and everything runs much better. The disc used to spin a lot and the xbox 360 made noises like it was working hard, but now it's all good.

The vehicles i have mentioned so far are the Base vehicles. But there are several different attack helicopters (3 different) and there are two transport helicopters. There are two different tanks, and two different light tanks. one anti-aircraft armored vehicle and several cars. If you wanna compare the gameplay to mw2 I would say that Mw2 is more, arcade like. Personally i prefer the sensitivy system in Bad company 2 though. The maps are larger in Bad company 2, which some people may figure to be a good thing some other a bad. You take more damage in bad company 2 before you die, like 5 bullets from a lower damage gun for example. Which can get a bit annoying, i often empty half my clip before i kill. And if your internet connection is lacking you might notice the lagg abit better.
Modern warfare 2 has NO vehicles if that helps you. only thing you can control is the ac-130 and the chopper gunner for 30 seconds (130) and 45 seconds (chopper gunner) after you get 11 kills without dieing.

Lost ea connection to battlefield bad company 2?
We just got battlefield bad company 2 for the xbox and when we try to play online it says unable to connect to ea servers. A few months ago we were able to play it perfectly fine. But now it seems we cant play any ea game online. examples: medal of honor the newest one,and madden 11. I like mw2 better because you kill people to level up, get xp, or just to get a killstreak reward.So what about bad company 2, whats the point?|||conquest is about working as a large team in various squads to take control of specific locations on the map with the ultimate goal of maintaining the majority of control and over running the opposing team.
squad deathmatch is about fighting as individual squads of ~5 players against various other squads with the goal of being the first squad to 50 kills total.
rush is the act of one team attacking and attempting to destroy two locations on the map while the opposing team defends. once those locations are destroyed, the attacking team moves onto two new locations. the goal is to completely over run the defending team or to defend and stop the attacking team.
I play mw2 and bf2bc. mw2 is great for quick play and killstreak rewards and whatnot. BF2:BC though has the best realism out of all the games i have ever played. I did a tour in iraq and let me tell you...the sounds and shellings/exposions couldnt have been more realistic. BF2:BC is all about teamwork though and has longer games. You do level up in BF to different ranks and you get better weapons and weapon attachments as well. There is no kill streak rewards but you do get some thing such as the ability to call in an artillery strike every few minutes with the recon class.|||Theres different game modes like rush and conquest. In rush if you're the attackers then you have to destroy a bomb site when the defenders, defend. Conquest is basically like a domination except it takes a little longer to get the flags. Theres xp to be earned and new weapons and gadgets to unlock in bc2 aswell but no killstreaks cause theres tanks you can drive aswell as uav's and helicopters you can fly.|||To win. As far as unlocks go, you unlock new weapons, abilities etc. Fortunately you can do all of this without killing anyone at all. You can be a medic and just run around healing/reviving people and earn mucho xp. Same if you're an engineer and repair vehicles. You get points for spotting the enemy as a sniper. You get points for resupplying your squad if you're an assault class. I love that frickin' game man. I have a quick question about battlefield bad company 2 on pc. If my pc can run GTA 4 and Fallout 3 smoothly, will it be able to run this game smoothly as well?|||Possibly. Check the system requirements for each of the games and compare. I'd say their graphics are around the same, and if you say smoothly as in 20-30FPS on high settings, that's good. Also make sure you change up the settings in PC games to get the best graphics possible, in case you don't do so already. The game should run perfectly fine if you can run GTA 4 or Fallout 3 on maxed out/high settings.|||not necessarily

I have both and I think battlefield bad company 2 is better|||BBc2 Is great, the multiplayer is fun, there is more eviromental aspects then in Blackops. Such as hiding in bush as sniper and actually being hidden, destrutable building and then there is also always the Vehicles, like tanks, bikes, helicopers that you can actually pilot.
That being said its slower combat then black ops and def has a differant feel to it. if you havent ever played bbc2 and love mw2 and black ops multi, then getting used to and enjoying bbc2 can take some time. but if not, i would start with bbc2|||Bad Company 2.

It's also coming out for the PC unlike the first game, has an open world environment (with the addition of scripted events the original lacked), and almost fully destructible environments. so which one is better?|||BF: Bad Company 2 is wayyy better than Black Ops. Here are some reasons.
1) Huge maps %26amp; huge warfare
2) No camping
3) No overpowered killstreaks that dominate the game (this encourages camping)
4) Full fledged vehical warfare: tanks, boats, at4, helicopters, (several different types of each)
5) Full destructible buildings, people can't camp because you can just bring the entire building down.
6) Graphics are really good, the environment is the best I've ever seen but the gun detail isn't as good.
7) Requires much more teamwork than Black ops. One person can't win the match, you have to work as a team if you want to win.
8) No noobtubes!
Those are my reasons why Bad Company 2 beats black ops %26amp; and other call of duty game. BUT, Battlefield 3 is coming out soon (September?) and it will be 100x better than bad company 2. It literally has the best graphics I have ever seen in my entire life. The giant FPS battle of this year consists of BF3 vs MW3. I'm rooting for BF3, even though I used to be a CoD fanboy.|||BFBC2:

so which one is better?|||BF: Bad Company 2 is wayyy better than Black Ops. Here are some reasons.
1) Huge maps %26amp; huge warfare
2) No camping
3) No overpowered killstreaks that dominate the game (this encourages camping)
4) Full fledged vehical warfare: tanks, boats, at4, helicopters, (several different types of each)
5) Full destructible buildings, people can't camp because you can just bring the entire building down.
6) Graphics are really good, the environment is the best I've ever seen but the gun detail isn't as good.
7) Requires much more teamwork than Black ops. One person can't win the match, you have to work as a team if you want to win.
8) No noobtubes!
Those are my reasons why Bad Company 2 beats black ops %26amp; and other call of duty game. BUT, Battlefield 3 is coming out soon (September?) and it will be 100x better than bad company 2. It literally has the best graphics I have ever seen in my entire life. The giant FPS battle of this year consists of BF3 vs MW3. I'm rooting for BF3, even though I used to be a CoD fanboy.|||BFBC2:

What do you think about Battlefield: Bad Company 2? I know it hasn't been release yet(March 2), but based on the trailer, demo, commercials, pictures, etc. What do you feel about this game? I really don't know if I should get it, it looks good, but I'm really not that sure. I need to know some of the worlds point of view.|||Well, I've been a Battlefield fan since 1942 cameout in 2002. I really liked the computer games and I decided to go console only after 2142 came out. So, when I got my 360, one of the 1st games I bought for it was BF: Modern Combat which was decent, but didn't feel like the computer versions of the game. 2 yrs ago, Bad Company came out, I loved it. To be fair, I have played all the COD games, but never got into them like I did the BF games. This was probably due to COD not having any vehicles and only deathmatch/capture the flag options for multiplayer. I skipped MW1 when it came out and W@W. I bought MW2 and played it all the way through and played some of the multiplayer, but I really wasn't loving the arcade-iness to it. So, even with MW2 I was still going back to BC1. I had over 200 hours in it on multiplayer. I was really pumped for BC2 after loving BC1 and seeing the trailers for 2. I got the demo as soon as it came out. Let me tell you, after playing the demo for a week I traded MW2 in for store credit on the pre-order for BC2. I like the destructible environments, the way you can completely demolish buildings, the helicopter flies easier, and the weapon attachement system is great. BTW, COD ripped off that system from Battlefield 2 on PC. I can't wait to pick it up. Also, the campaign trailer for the game is really sweet. Check it out on youtube.|||I really like it, the demo fits my hard core style and its only a demo. Just imagine what the game is going to be. I suggest buying it if you have at least 3 friends you can play with.|||I think its going to be an awesome game. Having trouble staying connected to Battlefield: Bad Company 2?
My husband and I have been trying for the last several days to get online to Battlefield Bad Company 2. We can get on and start playing a game but get kicked every few minutes or so. We have contacted EA they say it's something with a computer issue and again for the 3rd time we are running PS3's not computers. So if anyone has any information on how to fix this issue I would kindly appreciate the help. The reason I ask is because BC2 came out a little while ago and Battlefield 2 is around 5 years old. I just don't understand why DICE would just drop the Bad Company franchise and decide to continue an older one.|||If it was a sequel to Bad Company 2, I'm sure the title would include the Bad Company part.

How come I can't get Battlefield: Bad company 2 Beta?
Well, it was supposed to come out Nov.19 but I can't get it! I looked in the Battlefield bad company 2 section in the playstation store and it doesn't have it! I saw my friends playing it and I saw videos on youtube but I can't find it! I did all the updates and everything but I still can't find it!

When I try to gameshare Battlefield Bad Company 2 Vietnam it doesn't work?
When I download it from another person it says it is downloaded, but when I go into the Battlefield Bad Company 2 menu it doesn't show the Vietnam menu.|||that's because Vietnam is a mutiplayer only exp. it's linked to your online mutiplayer account.
since you downloaded it from another person and I'm guessing your playing off line, it does nothing for you.
you can NOT gameshare, you would have to account share to play it online, and I DO NOT suggest doing that as it can get you banned and lead to accounts being stolen.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 is running in browser mode and I can't get it out?
Whenever I play Battlefield Bad Company 2 for the PC it will always run in browser mode, in the settings there is no where to change it so I have no idea how to get it into full window mode. I have searched Google but I have found nothing. Please helps!|||i had that same problem with mw2 i pressed some random buttons and it turned into browser mode but i found out to switch from full screen to browser or the other way around just press alt+enter at the same time and it should change back
Is Battlefield Bad Company 2 worth the 60 dollars?
I'm really pissed off at Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer because it's filled with noobs. I am considering buying Battlefield Bad Company 2 just for the multiplayer because i heard it was good. Is it worth the price, or should I just stick with Modern Warfare 2?|||I would rent it first, and try it out.

How do i get battlefield bad company 2 to play in 1080p on ps3?
i have a big old 42" 1080p tv, and other games i own play in 1080p, but when i pop in battlefield bad company 2 it switches to 720p. how can i fix this issue?|||The game might not have been made for 1080p because some games aint 1080p like world at war|||It may have simply been made to run at 720p.

Battlefield Bad Company 2: only 4 maps for the play station 3 multiplayer?
I got battlefield bad company 2 and i went on the multiplayer and noticed that their is only 4 maps. Does anyone know if you can download any more maps from the playstation store or anything like that? Thanks!|||There should be 8 available... Check again... Make sure you're not looking at map packs in the store.

What are ranked matches in Battlefield: Bad Company 2?
In Battlefield: Bad Company 2, their are "ranked" matches, as well as "non-ranked" matches. What's the difference?|||When you play ranked matches, your score is recorded, your rank increases and you get to unlock weapons etc. Unranked get's you nothing.|||Un-ranked doesn't leave a record but is great for training while ranked is where you really go to compete

i think my answer is the best answer|||Bad Company 2 is a lot more realistic and team based than MW2.
MW2 seems more like a frantic, tactical Halo to me, mainly because you can die in ridiculous ways like random knife throws and stun grenade kills.
BC2, while I haven't played it much, is a lot more gritty and atmospheric, making the game seem a bit more intense and fun in a serious way.
Hope that gives a general overview of both games. I can't help you make your decision, but try looking up reviews for each game and comparing them to see if BC2 fits you bill. Is Battlefield Bad Company 2 BFBC2 fixed for PS3?
Like week ago or so, people were complaining about battlefield bad company 2 that online crashes and wouldn't work. I have about 5 friends on PSN that have BFBC2 and online works for them. Is it worth getting Battlefield bad company 2 right now? Or it's waste of money because of the online crashes? Will they fix the servers if they are bad now?|||i have BFBC2 and it naver crash on me. what they needed to fix is the in game store. what was fix in the last update.|||i just bought this game 3 days ago and im having the same issue. 3 of my friends multiplayer works just fine on their ps3 but mine...doesnt work for crap. I have my psn linked to ea but if i run bfbc2 and at the menu..when i go to "multiplayer and go to ea store" i get a message that says Connection Issue: failed to connect to ea online! i just gave up and bought MAG; this game worked fine.
It might be that theres an outage of servers, or too many people are logging on at the same time.

I was just curious what new features are going to be in Battlefield 3 that weren't in Battlefield Bad Company 2.|||Battlefield 3 includes a number of new and/or improved multiplayer features:
*Destruction 3.0: With Frostbite 2.0 comes the Destruction 3.0 engine. This engine allows debris that can injure/kill players and micro-destruction, as well.
*Suppressive Fire: When you fire at an enemy and your shots go near him, the enemy's health regeneration stops and resets, their accuracy drops, and the edges of their screen become blurred. While suppression is most effective with the Support class and their LMG's, any weapon is capable of suppressing an enemy.
*Disable Vehicles: Vehicles can now be disabled before they are destroyed. This makes land vehicles immobile (but turrets are still operable), while air vehicles become extremely difficult to control. When a vehicle is disabled, it can be repaired, but will also slowly bleed health.
*Vehicle Health Regeneration: Vehicles will now slowly regenerate health when damaged. Repairs from an Engineer are still far more effective, and regen is canceled if the vehicle is disabled. Vehicles will start regenerating when it is under 75% health (server option).
*Console Server Browser: At Gamescom 2011, DICE confirmed that both consoles will have a server browser option.
*In comparison to Bad Company 2, Battlefield 3 will have 10 times the unlocks over weapons, weapon attachments, gadgets and an unlock tree for vehicles alone. In addition, unlocks will be more spread through the ranks.
*A new feature to be in Battlefield 3 is "Service Star." Service Stars are added to the player's weapon skill badge, kit, vehicles, and their overall rank, and allows for further promotion.
*The Assault class takes on the role of the Medic in the team, similar to the Medic class in Battlefield 2, with an assault rifle as a primary weapon yet Medkits and Defibrillators for reviving and healing players, instead of ammunition boxes.
*There will be an improved character customization system, with possibilities of limited personal soldier customization, although such a system would be limited to avoid players shooting at their own side.
*Weapon accessories are unlocked per weapon unlike in Bad Company 2, so unlocking an attachment such as a Red Dot Sight while using one class still enables it for every other class that can use that weapon.

*A replay mode has been hinted at, to allow players to capture one-off moments from games.

Vietnam is pretty good, but I don't suggest getting it until you've played regular for a while.

Battlefield bad company 2 has come out for a while but i am a big fan of this type of gameplay, big scale, much more war like than cod. How can I play Battlefield Bad company 2?
Every time I go on Battlefield Bad Company 2 my mouse(on the screen)goes left and stay there i cant move it besides up and down,I recently updated Windows 7 Starter to Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit.
It works fine when I am on my desktop its just in the game.
PS: I also had this problem with Desert Storm 2|||Its probably best if you update to Windows 64-bit instead...|||Looks like problems from the game or windows 7 sometimes it happens and wat u nees to do is reinstall the game on ur computer

When I play Battlefield bad company 2 every time I try to join a game it says cannot connect to EA online. Wha?
When I play Battlefield bad company 2 every time I try to join a game it says please wait for a long time and then Cannot connect to EA online. I just started a couple months ago. I cant find this anywhere else on the internet so I hope i didn't waste $30.|||Its probrobly going through some server trouble. Had the same message when I played Medal of Honor on release date. (both are EA Games) Try again tomorrow

I believe you can also play through Steam servers and you may get more dedication here but more restrictions. The benefit from from steam is you get no hacking the game.|||I use steam servers to play games like team fortress and left 4 dead on pc for free.
The thing is their are people that make their own servers to get you easy achievements(from the map setup) and there is a password that you have to enter to get into the server which you have to pay them.
Other then that it is free.

I own the ps3, and I'm looking into the games battlefield bad company 2 or call of duty modern warfare 2, I only have the cash for one. Which one is better. When I play a first person shooter, I usually play the single player campaign, but I also like online multiplayer too. I'd say they're equally important to me as a gamer.

The game looks good although it does look a lot more complicated than Modern Warfare 2. I've already got modern warfare 2 and i'm getting bored and tired of it. I've watched some videos on battlefield bad company 2 and it looks like there's a lot more features than modern warfare 2 and also another question, everyone says there's no campers in battlefield bad company 2, why is this?|||It's ok, it's a lot different than mw2. I disagree with the campers comment, you still have them. One problem with camping though is you get tooled by the vehicles.
I liked the bc2 sp but the online seemed a bit weak to me. I am hoping Medal of Honor is awesome so my friends will dump the call of duty games because I am tired of mw2...|||Everybody told me that the multiplayer was awesome, and extremely addictive. But it is not as good as people make it out to be. The multiplayer aspect seems as they rushed in making it and did not think out things. Such as how you can choose where you want to spawn, considering that my teammate has 3 guys in front of him that he is flanking. I can spawn off of him and help him get the kills. Or I can kill an enemy and then have his teammates some how miraculously spawn from him and kill me. It is full of campers sniping everywhere, and it is pointless to go out because more than likely you will be killed from behind you due to the random spawning. It is a decent game, but not that great.|||Battlefield Bad Company 2 is a great game with very large maps so the game is like a sniper playground. The game can get very intense at times due to all the Tanks and Helicopters that can come rolling around at any time. If your looking to have some great fun with large maps and vehicles than Battlefield is a game you can definitely get into. So if this is you, buy it.|||The campaign is not as good as MW2 but I prefer the multiplayer. I think MW2 has a more robust and complicated system with all the perks and stuff. To me BBC is more fair when you are just starting out. Sure, you won't have access to all the weapons yet but it's not impossible to get kills like MW2 is. The first day MW2 came out I played the campaign then went to multiplayer. By then there were already level 40's who just owned. I don't think it was fair. I did not have a single perk and could barely get kills. BBC can get addictive but by the time I rented it I was already over the multiplayer as I overdid it with the demo. if you can find it used it might be worth it as it is fun.|||in my opinion modern warfare two is just a recycled piece of garbage, like a carbon copy of cod4 modern warfare your getting a really good deal with battlefield so maybe trade in cod for that :)|||Yes,It is.Tanks,Helicopters and sweet weapons.Campers are still here but they dont last long when you blow the wall they are hiding behind to bits of rubble.|||HELL YEAH|||yes|||the game is the funniest online it is so fun its better then mw2 i think and i dont your second question sry

How do I play Battlefield, Bad Company 2?
I just got battlefield bad company 2 and I'm kind of lost in it. I tried playing online multi-player and the match literally went on forever. I haven't touched the campaign mode yet, but I will, maybe that will help me understand the game better.|||The Bad Company 2 multiplayer is fairly complex, and will almost always last about 15-20 minutes for a match if not more.
There are several gametypes, but the main ones are this:
Rush, where there is an attacking and defending team. The attacking team has to go to the charges, A and B, and plant a bomb on them to advance to the next area or beat the other team. They have a collective of 75 lives for all of them, and lose the game when all of them are used. The defenders must keep the bombs from going off as long as possible, long enough to kill 75 of the attackers to win. If they lose a base, they have to move back and the attackers lives are reset to 75.
There is also Conquest, where there are a certain amounts of flags in the map. Your team needs to capture and hold the majority of those flags to get the other teams "tickets" down to 0 to win. Killing an enemy gives your team a ticket and removes one from the other team. Both teams start with 200.
There is also squad versions of both Rush and conquest, and the lives for those are much lower, as there are only 4 people per team. There is also Squad Deathmatch, where 16 players are thrown into 4 squads and the first squad to reach 50 kills is the winner, that is fairly straight forward.
In the multiplayer, you can respawn on your squadmates, if you have any, and at the normal base spawn. There are also four classes, each with different points. There are several gametypes, but the main ones are this:
Rush, where there is an attacking and defending team. The attacking team has to go to the charges, A and B, and plant a bomb on them to advance to the next area or beat the other team. They have a collective of 75 lives for all of them, and lose the game when all of them are used. The defenders must keep the bombs from going off as long as possible, long enough to kill 75 of the attackers to win. If they lose a base, they have to move back and the attackers lives are reset to 75.
There is also Conquest, where there are a certain amounts of flags in the map. Your team needs to capture and hold the majority of those flags to get the other teams "tickets" down to 0 to win. Killing an enemy gives your team a ticket and removes one from the other team. Both teams start with 200.
There is also squad versions of both Rush and conquest, and the lives for those are much lower, as there are only 4 people per team. There is also Squad Deathmatch, where 16 players are thrown into 4 squads and the first squad to reach 50 kills is the winner, that is fairly straight forward.
In the multiplayer, you can respawn on your squadmates, if you have any, and at the normal base spawn. There are also four classes, each with different points. Im planning on buying Battlefield Bad Company 2 but Im not sure if my graphic card is good enough?

How to get a chopper in Battlefield: Bad Company 2?
Ive been playing Battlefield: Bad Company 2 online for 2 days now. But ive never been in a helicopter, or even seen one spawn. I mostly do Rush, Squad Rush, and Team Deathmatch.
Do i need to be in a specific mode/map for a helicopter? Do i have to do anything to get it? How often does it spawn?
And one more thing while im asking: whats your favorite kit?|||Maybe the "best" map to get a chopper is Heavy Metal - they spawn rather quickly and each team has access to both helicopters (transport and attack). I don't know if the spawn-time can be adjusted server-side but it seems something between 30 seconds and five minutes, likely depending on map.
There won't be helicopters on Team Deathmatch and Squad Rush as far as I know. Some Rush maps have choppers but it depends on the stage, sometimes the spawn is unlocked at a later stage, sometimes it is locked.
My favorite kit: Engineer with RPG-7, Tracer Pistol and UZI. With Magnum Ammo and Additional Explosives and usually the Alternate Vehicle Weapon.|||You can't get a chopper in just any map it has to be specific maps like ahh i haven't played in such a long time but there is this map where there is a desert and there is a chopper that spawns every now and then and it might also depend on what type of game you are playing. i like being a sniper its very fun to explode vehicles and stuff like that and also i like being an engineer because if you're teammates are in a tank that is on fire then you get to repair it and get points! hope this helps.|||For AllmightyBanjo

They spawn randomly. Favorite kit-depends on situation. I usually use sniper the most. Favorite gun for sniper is GOL.

I want to buy Battlefield Bad Company 2 for my pc. I know for sure i have enough RAM memory and enough hard disk space available but i need to know if it will run with my processor. My birth day is coming and I was wondering what game should I get for the PS3 MAG or Battlefield Bad Company 2. How much could i sell Battlefield Bad Company 2 Limited Edition PAL Version on ebay?
I bought Battlefield Bad Company 2 Limited Edition at India and I didnt know about this region code thing. I live in the United States so it doesnt work here. So the region code is PAL. How much do you think i could sell it for on ebay? Its brand new i just opened it and put it in the xbox once and then took it out.|||Search for other ones on ebay and you probably will end up losing money because it probably wont work in US.

Can I play Battlefield Bad Company 2 for PC on my computer without the disc? My kid recently broke my disc and now I am unable to play because I do not have a working disc. Today any folks who purchased Bad Company 2 new -- or who bought a VIP code through the appropriate outlet -- get access to the "VIP Map Pack 2", which turns on Conquest Mode for the Arica Harbor map, and also Rush Mode for the Laguna Presa map. The latter includes all-new areas and sees you capturing and securing M-COM stations.
But the content is available now for PC players -- it's added automatically through the server providers. It should be available now or shortly for console gamers.|||Nothing is ever free my friend. you need $$$ to buy it, and you can get it at the store on BF 2

I was going to buy the Vietnam pack for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 for PS3 and wondered if people still play that online. I know some games release DLC and after a month no one plays on it and it's hard to find a match. Thanks.|||Servers are still full. 12 vs 12.
